Shipping Policy

At this time, Gooey Surf Wax is available within the United States only. All surf wax orders ship via USPS using flat-rate shipping. Apparel and accessories are fulfilled and shipped directly by our apparel partner, with shipping rates calculated based on weight at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST) are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If an order cannot be fulfilled within 10 days, it will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Gooey order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
